  1. One way of controlling the luminescence values of your image is by creating a \u2018Black & White Adjustment Layer,\u2019 and setting the \u2018Blending Mode\u2019 to \u2018Luminosity.\u2019 Then, simply use the sliders to control the darkness or lightness of each color.<\/li>\n
  2. To automatically open and load multiple images into the same document and place each image on its own layer go to File > Scripts > Load Files as Stack.<\/li>\n
  3. If you accidentally open a panel or activate a tool you did not intend to use press the Esc key to cancel.<\/li>\n
  4. Press Ctrl Alt 2 (Mac: Command Option 2) on the keyboard to load the luminosity of an image as a selection.<\/li>\n
  5. When creating a mask, you may miss a few pixels, especially when using the brush tool. To find these stray pixels, apply the \u2018Stroke Layer Style.\u2019 You will then see where those pixels are, and you can mask them out! Remove the \u2018Stroke\u2019 where you\u2019re done.<\/li>\n
  6. Whenever you have many empty layers in your document, don\u2019t delete them one at a time, especially if they are mixed with other layers. All you need to do is go to the \u2018File\u2019 menu to \u2018Scripts\u2019 and select \u2018Delete All Empty Layers.\u2019<\/li>\n
  7. To disregard adjustment made with an \u2018Adjustment Layer\u2019 when cloning, click on the \u2018Adjustment Layer\u2019 icon with a line through it found in the \u2018Options\u2019 panel.<\/li>\n
  8. When working with \u2018Curves,\u2019 you can move the curve anchor points more precisely by using the arrow keys on the keyboard. To do so, just select the point you want to move by clicking on it, then use arrow keys to move it.<\/li>\n
  9. Photoshop allows you to save an HTML file that contains a list of all\u00a0keyboard shortcuts<\/a>, even the custom shortcuts that you have set. You can view that file on your browser, or you can print it.<\/li>\n
  10. To save this HTML file, open the \u2018Keyboard Shortcuts\u2019 and \u2018Menus\u2019 panel by pressing\u00a0Ctrl\u00a0Alt\u00a0Shift\u00a0K\u00a0(Mac: Command Option Shift K). Then under the \u2018Keyboard Shortcuts\u2019 tab, press the \u2018Summarize\u2019 button and select a location and name for your file. Don\u2019t forget to press save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
